Ambrai Restaurant – Table Booking Terms & Conditions
Guest Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour directed at our staff or other guests. Management reserves the right to refuse service.
Deposit: ₹2,000 per person for Lake Side Tables 1–12 and ₹1,000 per person for all other tables. The deposit is redeemable against your Food & Beverage bill only.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reservation receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reservation are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 8–10 working days.
Table Duration: All reservations are subject to a 2-hour dining time.
Late Arrival: Tables will be held for 20 minutes after the reservation time. After this period, the table may be released and the booking treated as a no-show.
